Technology is a servant, never a master.

We use screens intentionally to learn, create, communicate, and serve,

not to distract us from our purpose, relationships, or calling.

  • ☐ Know today's approved screen time limits before using devices.

  • ☐ Use screens with a specific purpose before opening an app or website.

  • ☐ Complete responsibilities (school, work, chores, exercise) before recreational screen time.

  • ☐ Avoid mindless scrolling and unnecessary notifications.

  • ☐ Choose content that is educational, uplifting, or beneficial.

  • ☐ Avoid content that is inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful.

  • ☐ Limit social media to approved times and durations.

  • ☐ Take breaks every 30–60 minutes to move, stretch, and rest your eyes.

  • ☐ Prioritize face-to-face conversations over screens.

  • ☐ Keep devices away during meals and family activities.

  • ☐ Spend time outdoors or participating in real-world activities every day.

  • ☐ Read, create, build, or learn before consuming entertainment.

  • ☐ No screens during family meetings, devotions, or important conversations.

  • ☐ Charge devices in their designated location before bedtime.

  • ☐ Turn off screens at least one hour before bed.

  • ☐ Leave shared devices clean, charged, and ready for the next person.

  • ☐ Follow all family technology rules with integrity, even when no one is watching.

  • ☐ Would the King be proud of how I used technology today?

  • ☐ Did I use screens intentionally rather than mindlessly?

  • ☐ Did technology strengthen my life instead of distracting from it?

  • ☐ Did I prioritize God, family, work, learning, and relationships before entertainment?

  • ☐ Did I leave the Kingdom better than I found it?
